Friends of Cibola NWR is hosting a Youth Fishing Clinic

*Registration is mandatory as space is limited to 20 youth 5-17 years old

To be held at Cibola National Wildlife Refuge parking lot located at:
66600 Cibola Lake Road, Cibola, AZ 85328
Below is the registration form for the event. We kindly ask that you complete the form and in addition please fill out and return the attached documents via email by sending them to friendsofcibolanwr@gmail.com. If you are unable to send them via email, please fill out the forms and text them to (626) 484-2752. If you are unable to fill out the forms, we will have them at the event for you to fill out, but we do kindly ask that you disclose that you will be waiting till the event to fill them out in the "comments" section of this registration form.
This event is designed to help educate youth as how to catch, clean and cook catfish. While we do have volunteers happy to help clean the channel catfish, please keep in mind that FISH WILL BE CLEANED ON SITE.
We will be reaching out by either email or phone to notify you as to whether or not your youth was selected to participate in this year's event.
